VALENTINE'S DAY CUPCAKE BOUQUET CLASS (beginner) 8 years+ family class SUNDAY 9th February 2025, 11AM
A lovely 2 hour Piping class for those who have a keen interest in cupcake decorating and have some basic piping skills, (though not necessary).
Join me to create a perfect little Valentine’s cupcake bouquet of red roses, tulips and filler flowers to give to a loved one or perhaps gift to yourself this Valentine’s day?
Learn how to:
Make different consistencies of buttercream
Colour and shade buttercream
Use Russian tips, rose tips and leaf tips
Learn how to use both plastic disposable piping bags and make paper ones for more intricate detail
Learn how to make Roses, tulips, roll buttercream to create stripes and edging and pipe leaves.
Making the packaging and displaying the bouquet
Take home and enjoy!

This class needs a minimum of two people to run. In the event that we don’t reach this number, the class will be cancelled 48 hours before, and I will inform you by telephone. In such case you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.
