PLEASE NOTE - you will be required to bake and bring your own ready made cake to decorate. Recipe and how to do this will be emailed to you prior to class. (Or we can arrange a cake dummy for decorating at a small extra cost should you wish)

• Basic Cake Construction: Techniques for layering and stacking your cake to create a stable foundation.

• Preparing Buttercream: How to make and colour buttercream, choosing the right consistency for decoration.

• Creating Unicorn Features: Crafting the horn, ears, and eyes using fondant and other edible materials.

• Piping Techniques: Mastering various piping tips to create beautiful manes and decorative elements.

• Finishing Touches: Adding sprinkles, edible glitter, and other accessories to bring your cake to life.
