WOW! Delighted with the "Numberjack" birthday cake and accompanying cupcakes Gill made for my son's 5th birthday party. After searching everywhere for a numberjack themed cake that was also dairy free I was relieved when Gill accepted the challenge. The result far exceeded any expectation I had - Not only were the cake and cupcakes amazing to look at they also tasted out of this world.
