Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all our cakes.  Wedding cake orders and celebration cakes require a 50% deposit on time of booking to secure the booking.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Cancelled cake order deposits cannot be transferred onto another order.  The balance for a cake of any description (except bouquets) is due 1 week before the required date.  Orders placed with 1 week or less days before the required date must be paid in full at time of booking.

If you choose to pay your celebration cake, wedding cake or corporate event balance in full when ordering, rather than the half deposit required to secure a booking and cancel your order, there will be no refund as your order will have been placed in our working schedule and therefore future bookings may have had to be declined in order to produce your cake.

If you decide to pay your wedding balance earlier than 6 weeks before the required date, and cancel your order before this date, there will be no refund as your order will have been placed in our working schedule and therefore future bookings may have had to be declined in order to produce your cake.

It is advisable, that you take out wedding insurance or a party insurance, to cover any problems that may arise, should your wedding or function be cancelled. Corporate orders require a booking form signed by the relevant department, CEO or MD as proof of order and 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cupcake bouquets, fruit bouquets, and cookie bouquets must be paid in full at time of order.

We accept cash and most major credit cards, as well as bank transfer and Paypal.  We bake all our cakes using the finest top quality fresh and kosher ingredients.

We do not advise large tiered cakes are set up in a Marquee unless the floor area is level and on a non bouncing flooring area.  Once a cake is collected from me or delivered to a venue, it is the responsibility of the person(s) transporting and delivering the cake to the venue. If you have employed us to deliver your cake, we will take responsibility for delivery and set up, then the cake becomes the responsibility of the person(s) or venue. Buttercream either  in / on cakes will melt if stored or displayed in a hot environment - For summer celebrations, We strongly recommend sponge cakes are displayed in an air conditioned room. Similarly, they should not be left near a radiator or heat source or in bright sunlight  as can melt and fade.

Clients that are not satisfied with a purchased cake must return the product within a reasonable time. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
