CUPCAKE BOUQUET CLASS (beginner) Ages 14+ SUNDAY 7th JULY
A lovely 2 hour Piping class for those who have a keen interest in cupcake decorating and have some basic piping skills, (though not necessary).
Whether you want to embark upon a cupcake business or just want to learn for fun to impress your friends and family, this little class is for you.
Learn how to:
Make different consistencies of buttercream
Colour and shade buttercream, roll buttercream to make eye popping effects
Use Russian tips, rose tips, leaf tips and petal tips
Learn how to use both plastic disposable piping bags and make paper ones for more intricate detail
Learn how to make Roses, tulips, ranunculus and leaves.
Look at pricing structure and know what to charge per bouquet.
Making the packaging and displaying the bouquet
Take home and enjoy!

This class needs a minimum of two people to run. In the event that we don’t reach this number, the class will be cancelled 48 hours before, and I will inform you by telephone. In such case you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.
