In this magical class, let me guide you how to make a beautiful vintage flower basket cake to impress your family and friends or take your skills to the next level! I have deliberately kept this class size small and intimate to ensure you get the very best tuition you need to learn these skills. You will be amazed at just how much you will learn in this class!
You will learn how to:
Make buttercream and to different consistencies
Colour buttercream for your perfect shades
Torte and fill your cakes properly with a buttercream dam, fruit filling and baker’s syrup
Stack layers with precision
Crumb coat your cake
Pipe basket weave
Pipe pretty borders
Create different buttercream flowers to add to the top.
Take home a beautiful 6 inch cake to show off and enjoy.

Level Intermediate (some piping skills useful)
